SENATE BILL NO. 103 "An Act relating to peer support counseling                                                                 
programs for law enforcement agencies, emergency service providers,                                                             
and the Department of Corrections" was read the second time.                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
President Stevens stated SENATE BILL NO. 103 will advance to third                                                              
reading on the April 24 calendar.
